I had a wonderful stay at the Ballyliffin Lodge hotel! The food was exceptional, particularly the breakfasts, and the staff's friendly and helpful nature really made a positive difference. The location was stunning, perfect for enjoying breathtaking seaviews and local attractions. However, I did find Jacks Bar had mixed dining experiences, especially for dinner where the vegetarian options were lacking improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities, including the pool, were great. However, the service during our wedding event didn’t meet expectations, and the dining was just okay compared to past experiences. Overall, it has a good ambiance, but there are areas that could use improvement.

While some staff were pleasant, there were noticeable gaps in training, especially during the wedding reception. It felt like a lot of them were inexperienced in handling the event.

We just returned from an amazing stay at Ballyliffin Lodge and Spa, where we celebrated a family wedding. The rooms were spacious, pristine, and offered stunning views, making our experience even more special. The food was exceptional, with a diverse menu that satisfied everyone's tastes. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful scenery. While everything was impressive, I did get a bit disrupted during my swim due to children's classes, which could have been communicated better.

The hotel offers a lovely countryside escape with spacious, clean rooms. While the staff was kind and attentive for the most part, the dining experience left something to be desired. Breakfast was good, but dinner options were disappointing. Overall, it's a decent place for a family getaway, especially with the beautiful surroundings.

Rooms

The rooms were quite spacious and clean, although a bit hot at times. We appreciated the effort of the staff in providing a fan and setting up an extra bed for our daughter.

This hotel is a perfect choice for families, with fantastic amenities and a beautiful location near the beach. The friendly atmosphere and cleanliness stand out, making for a comfortable stay. However, some issues with room temperature and dining experiences detracted from an otherwise excellent visit.
