delicious foodwell kept gardensattentive staff
the food was delicious with a great presentation. the gardens were well kept and created a friendly atmosphere. staff was attentive and quickly available when needed near the table.
The shower was quite poor. There was considerable wear on some of the fittings.

i found the staff to be very friendly. the hotel was also very clean. the leisure facilities exceeded my expectations (especially the pool).
i think the cushions for the loungers need an upgrade.

It featured a high standard of cleanliness, I noticed. All the staff members were friendly and always ready to help. I especially appreciated Hollie's service on both evenings. She made sure our meals were great.
The TV in my room had a small black box attached. Getting a clear picture required turning the TV on and off multiple times.

The food was very good quality, with large portion sizes. I observed staff consistently tidying and polishing optic stands. They even polished beer pumps ensuring everything looked its best.

The hotel has a beautiful location offering views of the surrounding hills. Pollan Bay is also very close and worth visiting. I found several good walks within a short drive.

I found a few issues . the tv in the room had a problem, it took ages to get a clear picture. also, breakfast was not great. the food seemed pre-cooked and kept warm for too long. The eggs were rubbery. i did not enjoy my meal because of this.
